御厨港からフェリーで２０分。港に下りて目の前の建物にあります。
中では青島のお母さんたちが毎日かまぼこを作っています。
青島かまぼこは普通のかまぼこと違い、その日朝にとれたお魚を使って作るので
毎日味が違うのです。そして材料は魚と塩と水のみ。
添加物は一切はいっていない優しいかまぼこです。
