人口150人余りの松浦市に浮かぶ小さな島、青島。

七郎神社、南市御前宮、妙見神社などを見ても

青島が1000年以上続いてきたことは間違いありません。

それを絶やすわけにはいかない。という事で

2016年10月、青島全体が立ち上がり、

全国からのクラウドファンディングによる応援もあり、

「一般社団法人青島まる」を設立しました。

設立から４年、青島エソかまぼこは、2020年に

第58回長崎県水産製品品評会水産庁長官賞を受賞。

 

青島かまぼこ：無添加・無着色・卵不使用

岩ガキ：3年かけて育てたぷりっぷりで大粒
