平戸松浦２６代鎮信（しげのぶ）公に従って朝鮮に出兵した、志佐純高（すみたか）公の室で、通称「お南様」と呼ばれた方の墓所です。純高公が朝鮮で戦死された時、鎮信
公の姪にあたるお南様は１８歳の若さでした。
